Welcome to xfcktory. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the xfcktory platform, including all related services, features, and content (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
• By accessing xfcktory, you confirm that you are of legal age and permitted under the laws of your country to engage with adult-oriented digital content.
• We strictly prohibit access by minors.
2. Use of the Platform

• You are solely responsible for your wallet, account, and any activities conducted under your access.

• Content generated on xfcktory is user-owned. You retain rights to content you create, subject to applicable laws.
• xfcktory provides the tools but does not claim ownership of user-generated works.
• By using the Platform, you grant xfcktory a limited license to display and distribute your content only where necessary for functionality (e.g., marketplace listings, previews).
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or stability of AI-generated outputs.
4. Privacy & Data
• xfcktory is designed with privacy in mind. We minimize data collection and do not require invasive identification (no mandatory KYC for standard features).
• However, all blockchain transactions are public and visible on-chain. Users are responsible for maintaining their anonymity and privacy.
• Certain advanced features may require optional compliance procedures in the future.
5. Payments, Tokens & Refunds
• The Platform uses the $XFKC utility token to access services, unlock features, and transact within the ecosystem.
• $XFKC is not an investment and does not represent equity, securities, or any guaranteed financial return.
• All token purchases, NFT sales, and marketplace transactions are final and non-refundable.
• Prices, utilities, and rewards are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
• xfcktory is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We are not liable for:
• Content generated, shared, or distributed by users.
• Technical errors, downtime, or smart contract vulnerabilities.
• Financial losses from token price volatility, failed transactions, or third-party integrations.
• Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
7. Compliance & Restrictions
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of xfcktory complies with local laws and regulations.
• Access is prohibited in jurisdictions where decentralized NSFW content or blockchain use is restricted or unlawful.
• You agree not to use the Platform for purposes that violate any applicable law.
