• Blockchain Data: Transactions, wallet addresses, and NFTs are recorded on the Arbitrum blockchain. This information is public and cannot be altered or deleted by us.
• Usage Data: We may collect non-identifiable analytics data (e.g., general traffic, feature usage, device/browser type) to improve the Platform.
• Optional Information: If you contact us (e.g., via email or community channels), we may store the information you provide for communication purposes.
We do not require personal identification (no mandatory KYC) for standard features.

• Enable transactions and marketplace functionality.

• All blockchain activity (transactions, wallet addresses, NFT ownership) is public and immutable.
• xfcktory cannot erase or modify blockchain records.
• Your activity on the blockchain is visible to anyone but remains pseudonymous unless you link your wallet to personal details.
6. Third-Party Services
• The Platform may integrate third-party tools (DEXs, wallets, marketplaces, analytics).
• These third parties operate under their own privacy policies. xfcktory is not responsible for their practices.
7. Age Restriction
• xfcktory is strictly intended for adults 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• We do not knowingly collect or process any data from minors.

• Users are responsible for ensuring that the use of xfcktory complies with the laws of their country.
